DQE signed deal with Walmart and 12 other new licensing and merchandising agreements for 'The Jungle Book. The most significant of these were signed by DQE's licensing agent in the USA, SMC Entertainment Group, Inc.
After capturing the hearts and minds of kids on television, Nickelodeon India’s non-mythological production, Keymon Ache,  is recently released on the silver screen. The Viacom18 Motion Pictures release, ‘Keymon Ache & Nani in Space Adventure’, has been produced in association with DQE.

NASA Releases Amazing Animation of Earth At Night
NASA unveiled its newest imaging project: a stunning, 360 degree, “cloud-free”, animated view of Earth at night. To develop the animation, NASA visualization experts had to stitch together nearly 2 months worth of imagery collected by its newest “eye in the sky”

Technopark-based Toonz Animation's "Hanuman - The Immortal-2", an animated feature has won the Infocom-Assocham EME Award. The honour has given a huge boost to its creators who are aiming big now. The director of the film U.K. Prakashan received the award in the Best Indian Animated Feature Film category.

Popular video game Angry Birds is getting an animated 3D movie due to be released in 2016. The film is being developed , produced and financed by Rovio Entertainment and will be released worldwide by Sony Pictures on July 1, 2016, Sony Pictures said in an announcement.
